Yoganand Terms & Conditions
Class Reservations / Bookings
Yoganand reserves the right to alter and amend the timetable at any time.
Students will not be allowed to enter the class once it has started (excluding parent & baby classes) and no refund will be given for non-attendance due to lateness.
For morning and evening classes, the main door to Juice Jar will be locked two minutes before the class start time for the teacher to be able to get downstairs. If the door is locked, you are too late to join and no refund will be given.
We cannot offer refunds if you are late.
Waitlist – if a class is full there is a waitlist available via our booking system. It's set on a 'first come first serve' basis. When a spot becomes available, the first person to have signed up to the waitlist is automatically added to the class and notified by SMS (if they have shared their number on the system) and an email.Customers can see where they are on the waitlist so if you can no longer attend, then please take yourself off to ensure you don’t get booked in.
The waitlist cut off is 60 minutes prior to class and no one will be booked on after this. In this case, if a spot becomes available then the system will automatically send an SMS to everyone who is on the waitlist and the first person to respond to accept their spot will be booked into class.
